TAG Comic Book Update #5: two titles revealed!!!

It has been a long road for me to get these stories completed, when you are also expected to paint, write, design, and keep your life in order you tend to leave other things unfinished.

With that being said, the first book is already over sixty pages long! And one of the hardest parts to put on paper has already been put in successfully! So it should be smooth sailing after that, especially when the college semester ends.

I would now like to reveal two story titles to anyone here. I will not reveal any synopsis for any of the stories (yet) so speculate as you wish.

Book one will be:

TAG: the Brony Exorcism

And book two will be:

TAG: Heavy Metal Back

The first story will mostly follow Geoff and the second Taylor. That is all I will say for now until otherwise.

All character castings and confirmef characters (via Facebook) were for the first book. In case anyone was wondering.

New Video! Our greatest moments in past videos!

When it comes to videos made so far GekkBeerz has been a bit... Iffy with them.

We hardly do videos and most of the ones we make really don't have the potential we were hoping for. However once in a blue moon we capture good moments on camera. Below is a new video showing our personal favorites from the past videos. It acts as a remembrance to our good old times and is a farewell to our old ways as we head to greater things.

Please watch below, also on our Youtube channel:
Until next time...

EDIT: the video pasting on Blogger went weird there but now it's fixed! The real video is now on!

Everything we Know about Pokemon X and Y

Pokemon X and Y will release on October 12th. Unlike the last released games, which have only changed through graphics and Pokemon respectively, this one is going to revolutionize Pokemon into something we never saw coming, and that's a good thing! But what do we know so far about this first Main game Pokemon 3DS release?

Over 40+ TOP 5 Ideas Planned

We are doing a new top 5 deal, which will appear as a new Podcast series or a new video run or both! The idea is to have a top 5 for any kind of topic we can think of. We all get together and talk about each pick and why we think they're the right choice.

So far we have over forty ideas for top 5 discussions, does anyone else have a good top 5 topic?

Please let us know through Email, Comment, or any other form of response and let us know however, whenever.

Until next time...

TAG Comic Book Update #3 - Sneak Preview Coming Soon!!!

Draft Image of Chapter Six Cover
TAG is going strong again and will hopefully be done soon! However I feel kind of bad about the long delays and months of talking about something that isn't finished yet. So two things are going to happen that you guys should enjoy before this full length tale finishes:

During the time not spent on the main story, I will be releasing two to three short stories on this site! They will indeed be short, strange, and will appear randomly. These are short stories I have long since planned and they should be fun you everyone while I continue work on the main story.

And possibly the best thing of all, I will be releasing a full chapter online for you guys to download and read for free! It will be the Sixth chapter (cover shown above) titled "Case of the Missing Dr. Pepper", It is about 27 pages long and will have Taylor, Geoff, Myself, Shrew, and someone named Mason Butcher appear. Since it is a sixth chapter from a ten chapter story, it will not make sense at this time. However it will give clues to what I've got in store!

I will give update on when the short stories will emerge online, and the chapter sneak preview will show up within the coming weeks so keep on checking back when you get the chance!

Until next time...

We have a GeekBeerz Meeting heading our way! Ask us Questions! + Give us Ideas!

Logo's (2011-2013)
We once in a while have these big meetings, this is when we know something needs to improve and where we make a plan or plans to actually, you know, make those plans work.

And while we are very much capable of producing our own plans, we still like to know what everyone else would like to see happen, any idea can be put into consideration. We would also like to get questions if anyone has any. We are not fools and we know the site has been kind of meh with only me and sometimes Geoff posting things. I'm pretty sure you guys would want a better explanation for what has been going down the last couple of months. So if any of you have any questions that aren't inappropriate or insulting, we would be honored to answer them all.

Until next time...

TAG Comic Book update #2

Hey people who visit the site, hard at work and hardly working.

Well not so much free time now since College has started up again. But I felt as though I needed to write some kind of update for the comic series I'm working on since I have been rather quiet about it lately. So whether this matters to you or not I really don't care, I'm doing an update anyways.

TMNT VS the Guardians of the Galaxy

Following yesterdays announcement, the Liebesman/Bay Ninja Turtles reboot film has been pushed back. Now instead of releasing in June, it will release August 8th 2014.

This was made so that Bay's other film, Transformers 4, wouldn't have to compete with the turtles (maybe because Godzilla comes out that June as well). However now the film has to compete with Marvels Guardians film which releases a week earlier on August 1st.

Which will win? Turtles has a fan base on its side but the film decisions made for this reboot has pissed fans off to the bone, Guardians has the whole MCU on its side and Disney to advertise but it is a new story with lesser known heroes. I can personally say that Guardians is looking absolutely promising, but mostly because we have gotten leaked footage and information. So who knows? White Shredder or a Talking Raccoon with a Cockney accent? You decide.

The Wolverine Quickie Review

The Badger with claws returns...

Story:
Wolverine returns in a sequel-spin off film that doesn't hurt as bad as X Men Origins: Wolverine, basically the Wolverine we've been waiting for.

 Cast:
While Hugh Jackman may be the only familiar face in the film, every other actor does their parts fairly well.

Effects:
This isn't a cgi heavy film like most movies nowadays. However, when there is cgi, it does seem to work well. Silver Samurai in particular looked good in my opinion.

 Entertainment Value:
No like the original X Men trilogy, but certainly not like the Origins film either, Wolverine is THE Wolverine we've been waiting for!

Final Rating:
8.5/10

Pacific Rim Quickie Review

When Optimus and Godzilla have a baby

Story:
Mankind makes Giant Machines to fight Giant Monsters in this apocalyptic epic made by the dude who brought us Pans Labyrinth and Hellboy.

Cast:
Actors were great, not Oscar amazing but great. Some seemed to be a little over the top with their acting but never bugged much. Ron Perlman's little role was good too.

Effects:
Considering that some stuff was actually made on set and not computer generated, and also the fact that I could never tell the difference between the two, this film has set the next level of Monster Movie effects to the highest possible setting for this generation! This is probably where the film shines best.

Entertainment Value:
Some parts are slow and the film isn't a constant action sequence, but the parts that are action sequences are by far some of the best things this summer! This movie will keep us entertained until Godzilla comes out next year!

Final Rating:
9.0/10

Should our TOP 5 thing be as Videos or part of the Podcast?

Yep, still no Podcast for our new Podcast thing (blame Geoff), however the new series still needs tweaks and preparation until we can actually do it.

One of our new things is GBP's Top 5. The new thing speaks for itself, it's where we each individually give our own top five favorites from a platoon of topics, whether it be Superheroes, Villains, Food, Comedy films, Sci-fi epics, Games, Books, and many other things.

While we were going to intentionally do it in our first episode, we are now wondering if it would actually work in our podcast at all. But we would love to do it so how exactly can this work.

Then it hit me, we can start making videos about it! The last time we made videos we had a good time, until I made one stinker and the whole idea came crashing down... for me anyways. But what if we did something new? Something easier to make work?

Please comment on the idea, we really do enjoy getting comments from you guys! I'll also try to put up a poll.

MEGA MEGA Poke-MEGA!!!

As strange and Digimon-ish as it sounds, it seems as though Pokemon will no longer be stopping at a third evolution, to an extent.

Despicable Me 2 Quickie Review

Minions Rule!
Story:
Take an original idea and give it a sequel that seems familiar but still manages to be excellent.

Cast:
The voice work is still good, Steve dominates the voice of Gru once more, at times Kristen Wiig's character may seem annoying during the first half.

Effects:
An animated film that can best the works of Dreamworks and Pixar

Entertainment Value:
Fans of the original will love this, this film is basically on par with the first.

Final Rating:
9.5/10

Man of Steel Quickie Review

If it ain't Batman it's...
Story:
They greatly use his alien origins to construct the film. The story seems to stay solid throughout with some questionable back and forth montages.

Cast:
Superman does ok but occasionally gets overshadowed by other characters like his dad. Amy Adams does good with Lois Lane.

Effects:
While it may seem too much at times, the actions sequences still show off nicely.

Entertainment Value:
DC fans will get a kick out of this, maybe even Marvel fans. Others may not like this and even the fans will question certain moments. While it may not beat the Dark Knight Trilogy, it certainly beats the likes of Green Lantern and past Superman Films.

Final Rating:
8.0/10

After Earth Quickie Review

Starring father and son
Story:
A very simple tale as a whole with some overlooked origins that may or may not make us crave for that certain information.

Cast:
Will does good again, although wooden at times, but seems to take a breather for his son to shine, Jaden was good for us but may be questionable to some.

Effects:
Here you will find the best CG rendering of animals to date. The "alien" effects are good too but may seem familiar to other models in the past. The main weapon in the film is brilliant.

Entertainment Value:
Two of us here enjoyed this. But many reviews suggest otherwise, still it is definitely good enough to see at least once.

Final Rating:
7.5/10

Iron Man 3 Quickie Review

Released on May 2013
Story:
The story delivers even more than the second film, there's even a major plot twist that you may or may not like but should nevertheless affect your enjoyment of the film.

Cast:
Robert Downey Jr. always shines as the famous Tony Stark, other cast members also do a great job especially Ben Kingsley and even Don Cheadle this time around.

Effects:
The new suits still continue to be better than the last one.

Entertainment Value:
Despite certain fan opinions, all comic book fans can find enjoyment in this one. Even fans of just the actor can enjoy this. However, this sequel is more serious in tone if anyone is against that.

Final Rating:
9.0/10

Introducing Quickie Reviews for Movies!

A new thing here at GeekBeerz! Quickie Reviews are very simply reviews that go short and sweet to the point. Full movie reviews will be on our new podcast series and will go more in depth to our individual opinions.

EDIT: we will do a ten out of ten system, we consider anything higher than a seven a good film.

What other Monsters could be in Godzilla 2014???

Comic-Con had a lot of things to show and tell, like the Avengers 2 title and a Batman-Superman crossover film, but one of the biggest movies to make an appearance is definitely the biggest cultural movie monster of all time, Godzilla!

The Last of Us Review

It has been way too long since we wrote an actual review on the site. Usually we talk about them on the podcast and give our "Impressions" on them, however with the big changes and decisions we've made no gaming reviews of any sort has actually happened. But now I'm here to review quite a few games that I have been playing or have played since the last couple of months. And what better game to start off with than the very successful Last of Us!

Something New is Upon us: Vote for your favorite cover art!

Our website and podcast series is going to have major changes, an evolution if you will, and it will include new promotional art too!

You guys will decide which cover art we should proceed with! This cover art (whatever it will be) will be our new podcast cover and will be used for about a year or so to promote and whatnot. There are four to choose from:

Cover Idea One:

This is both completely different and new for all of us. Very simple but can also be quite noticeable, almost standing out. This was made from an original idea for a modified USB logo for the TAG comic (update on that soon) but it was eventually thrown out of the TAG cover bin. The logo has been colored, turned 8-bit, and made to have a "Z" in the circular tip so I don't believe copyright issues would be a problem...

Cover Idea Two:

This one is even more simple than the first. It's basically the avatar logo we use on Youtube but with a border and name, cast, and whatever else we put on. Again, this can be very strong and straight to the point. Simple, but what's wrong with that?

Cover Idea Three:

This cover art was thrown out months ago, however it may still be good enough for a cover idea. If chosen major modifications would be made to make a whole lot better. The idea is to make a mock Mario side scroller with a twist put in the middle.

Cover Idea Four:

This one took pretty long to make. Basically is back to 8-bit versions of ourselves but newer and closer related models. If anything were to be changed I would put Shrew and Josh into the pic too.

Please choose your favorite by poll or comment, we would greatly appreciate your involvement!

Until next time...

We've Reached 20,000+ Views!!! (which is a BIG deal to us)

It is a small victory, quite small, but still a major achievement to us here at GeekBeerz! We started this blogger barely a year ago and despite months of problems, delays, lack of posts here and there, and occasional screw ups we still managed to keep you guys coming back to currently surpass 20,000 views!

We know we have a lot to improve on and our site and podcasts aren't exactly masterpieces, heck 20,000 views may even sound weak to some. What's important is that we feel good about it, very good.

We would like to thank everyone who has commented, viewed, or simply noticed us throughout our first year-almost year and a half! I remember how excited we were when we got our first comment on one of our older posts, it was amazing to think we somehow managed to get one person to comment about our post. But now we've gotten many comments and even questions!

If we ever had anyone out there who has stuck around for quite a while, whoever you may be, we especially thank you a million for dealing with our crap the longest!

We may or may not touch on this mini victory in our next podcast episode.

Batman Arkham Origins gets a new trailer showing off Deathstroke!

Arkham Origins is about Batman's early years when he is hunted down by eight assassin's, who were paid to do so by the notorious Black Mask. It is a prequel to the already existing Arkham games and, unlike those other games, this prequel will be made by Warner Bros Montreal instead of Rocksteady.

Opinion: how Marvel should continue the MCU

http://cdn3.whatculture.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/03/001202.jpg

Marvel has definitely done something that no movie company (Warner Bros., Fox, Sony, etc.) has ever dreamed of doing. They have created a shared cinematic universe, aptly named the MCU for short, in which all the heroes live within the same universe and eventually team up together.

This has worked well with their phase 1 set of films (which include Iron Man, Incredible Hulk, Iron Man 2, Thor, Captain America: the First Avenger, and the first Avengers film), especially since the Avengers became the third highest grossing film of all time in 2012. Phase 2 will be including the likes of Iron Man 3, Thor: the Dark World, Captain America: the Winter Soldier, Guardians of the Galaxy, and the second Avengers film, and each film is expected to do as well as the last.

Iron Man 3 is currently doing very well and is the second highest grossing film of the Marvel films currently, despite a few complainers about the third film's "plot twist" (which in my opinion was a shocking surprise in a good way, which in return works for a movie trying something different).

Now we are unsure to what will happen in the next planned movies in the MCU, but many fans and geeks (like us) have been continuously guessing and coming up with pretty good ideas to where the universe can go with it's phases. For those who don't know, Marvel currently has three phases planned which means there will be three Avengers movies. From what we can only speculate by what Kevin Feige, Joss Whedon, and the directors of the solo films tell us, how could, and probably should, the Marvel movies proceed to move?

Regular Show and Adventure Time Getting New Games

That's right! WayForward has teamed up with Pendleton Ward and J.G. Quintel for two more awesome games based on the two most popular Cartoon Network shows since Teen Titans (at least according to our staff here at GB).

Retro to get Reburbished and Major Update!

While we may be ending our Main Podcast series with the 13th episode, Retro is still happening.

True true, only two retros are out and the third has been delayed (troubles between which to record first, Retro 3 or GBP 13, has been a small reason for delay). However, delays for us are usually good. Why? Well we are able to figure out what we want to do for the next one. It's good because we are able to look back on our last episodes, see what works and what doesn't, then we can work to make sure we don't make those same mistakes again.

For Retro's sake, it's kind of getting "refurbished" or "renewed" to say the least. Looking back, the first two retro episodes were really the Prototypes of what we were trying to achieve. Both episodes took completely different approaches to what we may or may not have wanted. Now we know what we want and it was not found in what was in those two episodes, it was found amongst our daily lives.

So what the heck is happening exactly? Well I have developed a schedule to keep to for each episode that I think will help us keep on track and make the episodes fun for us and any downloaders out there:

Pokemon X and Y, more info than the previous post.

Ok, the post title is lame. But we now have more info on what was revealed last weekend from CoroCoro. Again thanks to Serebii.net for the information.

First of all, here's the English box covers below:

The four Pokemon revealed now have their official English names too! The lizard pokemon is now Helioptile, the bird pokemon is now Fletchling, the panda pokemon is now Pancham, and the goat pokemon will keep it's same Japanese name of Gogoat. The Miare city that was mentioned in the last post, where you can ride your Gogoat, has also been renamed in English to Lumiose city. And the moves Parting remark and Parabola Charge are now Parting "Shot" and "Parabolic" Charge. And last but not least, Karos Region is now officially Kalos Region in English. Other news confirms that you can also get new outfits and accessories for your trainer throughout the game too!

Also here is a new trailer below:

Monday, May 13, 2013

We might be getting an Official Website! / Could Podcast Episode 13 be our last Episode?

We have been busy in our personal lives, and having Shrew leave us kind of killed our satisfactions a bit, but we may or may not have an upcoming surprise that we thought was never  going to happen...

Ride a Goat in Pokemon X and Y!

We've gotten new starters, an Eeveelution, legendaries, and a new Mewtwo form. Now we get four new pokemon as well as a butt ton of information from CoroCoro.

CoroCoro revealed during the weekend that the new region of the sixth generation games is apparently the "Karos Region" and is an alternate pokemon version of France. You will also be able to better customize your playable pokemon trainer! Of course you can still choose between playing a boy or a girl, but now you can also choose things like hair color and skin tones!

The cover art for both versions of the game were also vaguely revealed, I say "vaguely" because the only images I can find or the covers are from the actually CoroCoro magazine and they can be quite difficult to see.

EDIT: I managed to find a larger image of the game cover arts, it is still not good quality and still from the CoroCoro magazine but with my weak photoshop skills I managed to crop out the two images from the other images from the magazine. Check it out below:

TAG comic series beginning production on it's first story! Win a chance to be a character in the story!

TAG is the new comic saga that stars us, the GeekBeerz Crew, in wild and mysterious misadventures. The first story in the series is being worked on now and will release in late summer 2013. Many characters and portrayals will be in the first story, but does anyone else want to join the ride?

rules and details:

1 - While we hate to be the sheer demanding type, especially now, we ask to know your name upon submission. Of course we don't want to have your "real" names, just a username or whatever will do.

2 - Submission is easy, comment via email or on this post your answer to the question (written below) and again make sure to have some kind of name and answer very well.

3 - You will have about two weeks to submit an answer of sort, any submissions afterwards will not count!

Here is the question:

"You enter into a Lighthouse in the middle of nowhere surrounded by ocean seas upon ocean seas. You have the ability to either go up top to a chair rocket (which will take you to Columbia) or down to a round submarine (which will take you to rapture). Having no other option and no clue of the cities whatsoever, would you go upstairs or downstairs? (please give a reason why)"

Tom's List "Seemingly" Updated / Cyblade's Fanart added to Title Themes page!

(yes Cyblade, I'm well aware that the background changed to black. For some reason that's what Blogger wants and I can't do any thing about it :( sorry)

Yes we added our first Fan art to our title themes list. I also updated my game's list, however I noticed a lot of errors that still need fixing up (old games say new and whatnot) eventually I'll be able to fix the problem...

You Decide: Was Mewthree just Confirmed???

While we still struggle to question Sylveon's type, Gamefreak and Nintendo decided to stab our backs with this image of a new pokemon that looks like Mewtwo's younger brother.

GeekBeerz: Thank Yous and Sorrys

THANK YOU PART

Thanks to our commentors for answering back to our frequent demands to know the names of our commentors. Especially to Aaron and whoever wrote that funny Declaration of Inherpantsdance thing. I think we now understand why everyone is Anonymous now.

Thank you Hobbit guy for sharing the first chapter of the Hobbit book with us. It is an excellent novel and the movie was one of the best final things about 2012, we here at GeekBeerz look forward to the next two parts, the Hobbit: Desolation of Smaug and the Hobbit: There and Back again.

Thank you very much Cyblade for the fan art! Wow, are we really worthy enough for fan art now!? Wow!!! It's commentors like you that give us here a feel-good day. Again, thank you very much!

Thank you guys for at the very least leaving a comment. We see that we get a lot of page views but hardly any comments. Also, thanks for participating for in our polls! I know sometimes they are cheap and ridiculous but still thanks!

Thanks to those who watch the videos we made! I know that they aren't the greatest videos on the net, there just basic gameplay videos, but people who did watch them we appreciate it much.

SORRY PART

We're sorry for not making any new gameplay videos of the games demanded on our polls. This is mostly due to a problem with our camcorder. We actually did make Nazi Zombies and an SCP_087 gameplay but for some reason the audio was off, way off. Either we were to quiet or the game itself was. The problem has now recently been fixed so no one has to worry anymore, expect more videos soon!

Speaking of videos, terribly sorry for the Bioshock Infinite unboxing video for how it turned out. Remember, my camcorder was off bad with the audio so I was forced to record this video multiple times to make sure the audio was working properly. In the end the audio was not as good as it should have been, the camera was unable to zoom in at all, the lighting was terrible (well, not as good), and it was just plain boring at best. Well what do you expect? It's just an unboxing video so we had very little care for the video. The only reason it was made so quickly was because I made a big deal out of it and promised a video up asap. And with the camera gone bad, things turned for the worse.

Noticed how we made a big deal about making posts about films and TV shows? Remember how nothing has happened yet and the only real mention of movies have been superhero/Marvel stuff? Well we hope to do better on that little issue. Sorry guys.

Again, sorry for the slow moments in posting podcast episodes and posting... well posts. We all have very busy lives and Geekbeerz is not big enough for us to work on it and get paid, at least not as of now. As for podcasts, we're trying to do a new skype thing which so far is fairly working in our favor. We also need member Taylor to buy a new headset (he broke the one he had).

And, for those still ranting about it, sorry for not giving more detail about Taylor's back problem. We are still deciding if we are gonna write a post about it, talk about it on a podcast episode, or even upload a video of his online. It should be on soon-ish though...

Everything you need to know about Bioshock Infinite

Bioshock Infinite is finally upon us, and we will be picking it up tomorrow at midnight and making an unboxing video of the Ultimate Songbird Edition. But let us recap on what we currently know about the game so far:

Updated and revised Podcast and Retro page / Ramblysode 3 title revealed

For those who haven't noticed or recently checked, the Podcasts page on our site has been updated and revised, as well as the Retro page. It's mainly just a new synopsis for the podcast series and also shows the list of episodes released so far. The retro page only has an update for the third episode (ramblysode) in that particular series.

In more or less news, the ramblysode three title of the Retro series will be titled "Even More Stuff". For those who didn't catch on as of now, each episode in the Retro series will the word "stuff" in the title (for example: Ep. 1 was "Stuff" and Ep. 2 was "More Stuff").

Small and almost unnecessary post, but it is what it is...

Until next time...

At the end of the panel, they threw out a surprise announcement. Dust: An Elysian Tail official Steam trailer! Check it out along with more info after the jump.

Infinite is Near! Expect an Unboxing video of Bioshock Infinite's Songbird Edition soon!

Infinite is finally upon us! After three-something years and months waiting through reasonable delays and anticipation, we can cheer knowing that Bioshock Infinite is just around the corner!

For those who don't know, Bioshock Infinite was announced way back in 2010, around after the release of Bioshock 2, and has had a small handful of delays due to the creative director wanting the game to be as "perfect and true" to what the fans are expecting. We have watched game Mechanics change, Elizabeth change, and even new character types slowly reveal themselves. Now we can just wait til Tuesday March 26th to know what the heck is going on in the floating city of Colombia.

And guess what? We have pre ordered the Ultimate Songbird Edition! This edition comes with the game (obviously), a Murder of Crows keychain, a Handy Man figurine for the upcoming Board game, a lithograth poster, an art book, badge things, and of course the Songbird statue that will also come in its own personal box with unique art design on it, the game also comes with a downloadable soundtrack. For Xbox people you will receive costumes and stuff for your Avatars, PS3 and PC fans will receive themes and stuff. It's also good to point out that PS3 people are able to enable Move controls with the game and their copies come with the original Bioshock too!

Expect an unboxing reveal video of this at either early morning midnight on March 25th or sometime midday on March 26th. Everyone can also expect few gameplay videos in the future too! Until next time...

So I'm an Idiot

I could have just edited the older post, but I felt a new post was necessary. I actually forgot about another Super flick that's coming out this year! How I forgot it I'm not quite sure, could be the lack of trailers for it.
But it's the Wolverine film!

This film will be cool because it takes place sometime AFTER X-Men 3: the Last Stand, which is the first film in the series so far to do that! The story follows Wolverine (obviously again played by Hugh Jackman) who journeys to Japan to learn the ways of the Samurai, which is based after a comic story with the same premise. While X-Men Origins: Wolverine did a lot of things wrong, like destroying the Deadpool character, this film looks to be avoiding all those problems and has less to do with overload of supers and more about true character development.

This film comes out in June...

So now I'm going to put this film on the poll so it can also have a fighting chance, sorry about that guys : /
(EDIT): never mind, Blogger won't allow me to edit the poll without erasing all the votes :(

Quite Obvious: Iron Man is Boss! New Poster and Trailer out on March 5th!!!

Nerds, prepare thy selves. It is time to see one of the coolest posters for a Marvel film that we have ever seen thus far!
Usually Marvel has had a hard-ish time trying to make posters of their films that impress moviegoers and fans. Quite a few disliked the posters advertising the Avengers back before that came out (which obviously didn't affect the Billion dollar making movie's success) but finally we have a poster that not only reveals all sorts of awesome, but it also makes those poster whiners shut up for once (seriously, these guys actually think posters affect the actual film).

With the rumors of what happens in the next and final new trailer for the film, which comes out March 5th, this poster actually helps those rumors to be well... true. Rumors about the next trailer will reveal the infamous Iron Legion, which is basically all of Tony Stark's suits, fighting the entire Mandarin army, how freaking cool does that sound!? Now considering that the newest Iron Man armor is the Mark 47, that means the possible legion will be a 46 man army! (I'm including War Machines suit too since he has the new patriot suit now). What armors can we expect to see though? Well maybe this very recent image will give you an idea:
These suits have quite the characteristics to each one. Assuming that this pictures is legit, which seems to be the obvious case, then I cannot wait to see what each suit does in the potential epic showdown! We can clearly see the old Mark III, V, and War Machine suits as well as the new Mark 47. But what are all the other suits? Well the suit on the top left looks to have whip like things coming out of the hands, which could possibly a suit based after the same whip technology used by Whiplash in Iron Man 2! There will also be the long rumored Deep Space suit which can be clearly seen in the new poster. But here is also an image of it here:
Another believed suit is the HeartBreaker suit which just looks outstanding enough as it is!:
The final suit (below) has only been seen in this still image and is the most controversial suit on the net! This is possibly the Hulk Buster armor and it may very well be in the film and possibly part of Iron Legion. Not many people like this particular suit, actually quite a lot don't, and I can clearly understand why. But then again, it's not like we've seen it in action yet! So if it is real then I'll hold my breath until more stuff about it comes along:
I bet everyone else who knows Marvel better can tell us what all the other suits might be, but what kinds of suits / what suits does anyone else want to see in the third and possibly final Robert Downey Jr. Iron Man film?
