Batman Arkham Origins gets a new trailer showing off Deathstroke!

Arkham Origins is about Batman's early years when he is hunted down by eight assassin's, who were paid to do so by the notorious Black Mask. It is a prequel to the already existing Arkham games and, unlike those other games, this prequel will be made by Warner Bros Montreal instead of Rocksteady.

Warner Bros Montreal has promised to stay true to the franchise while also Giving their own twist on things. Batman (being voiced again by Kevin Conroy, or Roger Craig Smith) is still learning how to do things, having to know how to control his strength or even his new costume which was probably made by many different material (there's some reasoning behind it, according to Montreal). A change into the fighting systemis a most definite while still maintaining true to the Arkham tradition, in short there will be no titan thug battles in this one! We are unsure how far into the past this takes place but considering it's a young/inexperienced Batman who probably hasn't even met Dick Grayson yet, it is quite long ago. It does however take place in a snow setting of Gotham on Christmas Eve night.

As for Villains, Black Mask is the main baddie in this new game. We will also be getting Deathstroke who is a will probably win the show for most gamers. There is also seven other assassin villains but we can at least confirm that one of the other seven is definitely going to be Deadshot (edit: is confirmed!). Falcone and a younger Penguin are also set to appear. There was also a banner picture that showed off the Joker and Bane who are also confirmed, but we've only got the banner to prove it so far. It is also expected that Scarecrow and Killer Croc may also appear.

It is rumored that there will be multiplayer where you are either an ally of Bane or Joker and that you hunt down the bat and Robin, however it has not been officially confirmed. However seeing as how Deathstroke can be a playable character through Pre-order, there may be multiplayer or even villain based challege maps.

The game is scheduled to release on October 25th of this year for Playstation 3 and Xbox 360, a Vita/3DS version of the game titled "Batman: Arkham Origins Blackgate" is also set to be released. Please check out the amazing trailer below:
