Sony Patents A Controller That Splits In Half
With the Playstation Move dying due to lack of software and intrest, it looks like Sony is making one final effort to keep the hardware afloat. How you ask? Simple: Make a controller that splits in half.
Yup, you read that right. Sony may possibly be making a controller with the functionality of a Move controller, but put it into a more familiar form. The controller will have an accelerometer, gyroscope, magnetometer, vibration capability, and a speaker. According to the filing, it will be really light-weight, but you'll still need to pick up a Playstation camera. Oh, not to mention double wrist straps.

Why does this sound awesome to me? Seriouslly i can see the problems with this but i still wantz it lol!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteI know right? It sounds so dumb, but it's one of those things that would just be a fun oddity to own.
ReplyDeleteThey could always change and redesign it, this is now only just a picture after all. But the picture alone looks interesting enough to get me excited, hopefully this comes out before bioshock infinite so I can play bioshock move with it :)
